What is explained?
This is Flow. Automate recurring actions with rules: if this happens, then do that. Flow automates recurring actions with simple rules, similar to Power Automate.
For example: automatically convert uploaded documents in a specific folder to PDF, automatically label invoices, or block access to confidential files outside office hours. If-then rules. Set what should happen when a file is uploaded, changed or shared.
Automatic labelling. Automatically tag files based on folder, type or name. Convert to PDF.
