A personal login for everyone
The Academy is separate from the customer portal. Each employee gets their own account and chooses their own password.
1. We send the invitation
Let us know who wants to follow the Academy. Everyone will receive an invitation by email.
2. Choose a password
Use the link in the email to set your own password. Your account will then be valid for 12 months.
3. Get started
Log in at daropa.solutions/academy and begin with the first learning path.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about the Academy
Do I need a separate account?
Yes. The Academy has its own login, separate from the customer portal. This way, employees who have nothing to do with invoices or the package can also follow the lessons. You will receive an invitation by email and choose your own password.
What is the difference between Academy Team and Academy Beheerders?
Academy Team is for users: everyone who works with the workplace. Academy Beheerders is for the colleagues who manage the workplace. They learn to add and remove users, set up groups and team folders, configure permissions, and maintain security, with their own administrators' wiki. Academy Beheerders also includes everything from Academy Team.
What does the Academy cost?
Academy Team costs €135.00 and Academy Beheerders €299.00 per participant, excluding VAT, for 12 months of access. Daropa customers receive a 50% discount until 14 October 2027 and will then pay €67.50 for Academy Team and €149.50 for Academy Beheerders.
Can I combine both?
Yes. In the registration form, you enter the number of participants for each Academy. Usually, most employees follow Academy Team and one or two colleagues follow Academy Beheerders.
How long is my account valid?
An account is valid for 12 months, starting from the moment we set it up for you. In the Academy, you can see how long your access lasts. Do you want to continue after that? We can extend your account for another 12 months.
How do I get access?
Register via the registration form on this page and indicate how many participants you want to start with. We will set up the accounts, and everyone will receive an invitation by email.
How long does it take?
A lesson lasts between 4 and 11 minutes. Academy Team takes about four hours in total, and Academy Beheerders adds about an hour and a half. You set your own pace and can continue later where you left off.
Can I preview something without an account?
Yes. In the knowledge base, there is a short introductory video for each module that anyone can watch. The detailed lessons, tutorial videos, and practice exercises are available in the Academy.
Does it work on my phone or tablet too?
Yes. The Academy works in any modern browser, including on phones and tablets. This makes it easy to follow along next to your workplace.
