Contacts explained
All your contacts in one place, a shared address book and synchronisation with your phone. In this short video, you’ll see what Contacts does in the Daropa Workplace, with Dutch voice-over and subtitles in Dutch or English.
What is explained?
This is Contacts. All your contacts in one place, a shared address book and synchronisation with your phone. Contacts is your address book.
It stores names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes, and keeps them synchronised on your phone, in Mail and in Calendar. With shared address books, the whole team has the same data. Address books.
Create multiple address books, for example for customers, suppliers and private contacts. Shared address books. Share an address book with colleagues, so everyone works with the same contact details.
Groups. Organise contacts into groups and email or invite an entire group at once. Would you like to see how Contacts works?
