Local AI and Local RAG
Your own AI, without your data leaving Europe
AI assistance in your workplace, without questions, texts or documents being sent to OpenAI, Microsoft or any other party outside the EU. The language model runs on a Daropa AI server in the EU or on an AI server at your location.

Availability
Local AI is an option in every package. Local RAG is available as standard in the business package from 51 users. For smaller organisations, or those who want to keep all AI processing in-house, we supply and install a dedicated AI PC with Local AI and RAG on your own workplace.
Backup and restore
Your data always recoverable
Losing data is frustrating, but on the Daropa Workplace almost everything can be recovered. Daropa creates a daily backup of the entire workplace, and with the Backup module, every user can also make their own copy of their data.

The daily backup is included in every package. The Backup module costs €0.50 per user per month, for business and private customers.

Privacy and compliance
GDPR
GDPR makes organisations responsible for handling personal data carefully. With a workplace in the EU, no data transfers outside Europe, and a data processing agreement, complying with GDPR becomes simpler.
Data within Europe
Your data is stored in a European data centre or on a PC at your location. There is no US party in the chain, so the CLOUD Act does not apply.
NIS2, BIO and NEN 7510
The workplace is set up for organisations working with these standards: encryption, two-factor authentication, logs, daily backups and access control.
Rights of data subjects
You can view, modify, export or delete data at any time. We help administrators handle data subject requests properly.
Daropa provides the technical measures. Whether your organisation complies with a standard also depends on your own policies and procedures. We are happy to think along with you.
